Tania Percy Featured Instructor of the Week

Tania is a Certified Work Capacity Evaluator and holds Advanced Certification as a Cost of Future Care Evaluator and Life Care Planner.  She teaches for Matheson Education and Training Solutions in the areas of Cognitive Functional Capacity Evaluation and Cost of Future Care / Life Care Planning.

Tania presented in a symposium at the CAOT Conference 2018 on “Cognitive Functional Capacity Evaluation:  The Unique Domain of Occupational Therapists”, has contributed to the American Physiotherapy Association paper “Current Concepts in Occupational Health Physical Therapy: Functional Capacity Evaluation” (2017) on Emerging Trends in Functional Capacity Evaluation (Cog FCE) and continues to provide training and mentorship in this area.  She has testified and been accepted as an expert in the British Columbia Supreme Court on the role and contribution of occupational therapists in assessing executive functioning and work capacity for individuals who have sustained traumatic brain injury and / or mental health issues.
