Owners of the Matheson FCE Software receive COMPLIMENTARY software support for 60 days from date of purchase. After that period, support is subject to per-incident charges unless you purchase a maintenance plan.
By phone, e-mail or fax – $50 per incident for up to one hour
By remote access – $75 per incident for up to one hour
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, & we can invoice you.
FCE SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE PLAN – JUST $1/DAY!
Insurance for your budget. Avoid per-incident support fees—and gain piece of mind—by signing up for a software maintenance plan: $365 a year.

- Software program and database migration to another computer and/or operating system
Should it be determined that the issue being experienced is not related to the FCE software program you will be given the opportunity to purchase computer assistance through our high level tech support on your own through our contract tech support team at ITSupport@roymatheson.com
Common issues with the FCE software tend to be the existence of viruses and malware which may interfere with loading the software, running the software, or general computer operation.
Support for these issues are not covered under the 60-day complimentary support or the Software Maintenance Plan. If you need technical support for these types of issues, you can contact out support team at ITsupport@roymatheson.com. Charges will apply based on or fee schedule above.
