Support tasks will be billed at $90.00 per hour and will incur a minimum one-hour charge for all events.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, and will gladly invoice you.
NEW SOFTWARE OWNERS:
Owners of the Matheson FCE Software receive complimentary software support for 60 DAYS from date of purchase.
If Matheson is contracted to perform the software install, software support will begin the day of install.
After that 60-day period, support is subject to per-incident charges unless you purchase a maintenance plan. Please make a note of this.
FCE SOFTWARE INSTALLATION:
$100.00 if purchased at the time of the sale of the software. (one install event only)
$200.00 if not purchased at the time of sale or to re-install on another computer after the initial sale.
Should it be determined that the issue the client is experiencing is not related to the Matheson FCE software program, you will be given the opportunity to purchase computer assistance through our high-level tech support on your own. Common issues with the FCE software tend to be the existence of viruses and malware which may interfere with loading the software, running the software, or general computer operation. Support for these issues are not covered under the 60-day complimentary support or the Software Maintenance Plan. If you need technical support for these types of issues, you can contact out support team at ITsupport@roymatheson.com. Charges will apply based on our rates above.
SQL SERVER UPDATE: as of December 31, 2023, the SQL server that is used by Windows to insure security, will expire. All users of the FCE software will need to update their operating system to SQL 2012 so that it will operate properly and be HIPAA compliant. This generally takes an hour to do on most systems. However, during the install, there may be other impediments (i.e., client installed firewalls, virus protection, or other programs) that arise beyond our control that could cause this update to take longer. Each system is different. Matheson IT Support will charge a flat rate of $100.00 for a standard update. If the update involves an unusual amount of time, there could be additional charges. Please make sure this is discussed with the IT Department before agreeing to this update.
